CLPS Main Office - General assistance, administrative support for room schedules, building access/keys, financial transactions including purchases and reimbursements.

Undergrad student matters, undergraduate payroll. 

Assists Grants & Finance Manager with comprehensive pre- and post-award management, processing financial transactions including purchases and reimbursements for CoPsy research grants.

I am the primary IT contact for the CoPsy department - I manage, maintain, and deploy the IT and AV systems throughout the department, and assist the students, faculty, and staff with technical issues. But mostly I turn things off and back on again.

IT support for Linux based systems and software, help connect the department with OIT and CCV services (Storage, Virtual Machines, OSCAR HPC, Globus, Containers, Github, Firebase), consult on special IT projects, offboard and onboarding of lab IT resources, and collaborate with CoPsy ITSC - Andre St. Pierre.
