Postdoctoral Fellow

Biography

Christopher Cueva is a postdoctoral fellow at Brown University working to understand how the brain supports flexible cognition in dynamic environments by exploring the similarities and differences between natural and artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on behaviors that leverage memory. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Center for Theoretical Neuroscience at Columbia University, and bachelor’s degrees in physics and mathematics from Stanford University.
Outside of the lab, he loves rock climbing, sampling bakeries, and reading books (and is always happy for recommendations).
