David Badre has been elected as a Fellow of the Cognitive Science Society. This is a high honor that reflects his impact on the Cognitive Science community, and his sustained record of excellence in research contributions. As a member of the Fellows cohort of 2026, he will be honored during the opening session of the CSS Annual Meeting in Rio de Janeiro this summer, and added to the society’s list of fellows at https://cognitivesciencesociety.org/fellows/. He will also be invited to publish an article in Topics in Cognitive Science.

 

David is the third member of the CoPsy faculty to be elected Fellow. He joins Steve Sloman and Bertram Malle.
